five on friday

one. this morning, my parents and i are taking hadley to breakfast at monument café and then to the georgetown, tx airport to watch the planes take off. girlfriend is ob-sessed with planes. i know she will lose her dang mind when she sees them take off and land over and over again.

 always the first to hear a plane a-coming.

 

two. i have decided i'm going to go ahead and order this darling smocked american flag dress.

if i grab it now, hadley can wear it for primary day {march 1 in texas- go vote}, memorial day, 4th of july, and maybe even election day. god willing. it's a win-win-win-win.

 

three. we met up with ashley and lilly at starbucks yesterday. these girls are always so funny together, but yesterday they were sooo on their game.

cutting up. sharing snacks. carrying on silly conversations with made up words. it was magical.

 

four. i am totally in love with this photo of my friend's brand new little boy.

i ordered this banner for the baby sprinkle and i cried when it made an appearance in his newborn photos {photo cred: jennifer rudolph}.

 

five. this sweet boy's mama rented out my red highchair for his 1st birthday party. she chose a lumberjack theme and it was perfection. i love a good buffalo plaid.

 

 

 

in less exciting news, hadley's {stung, sprained, broken, ???} foot seems to be completely fine now {praise} and our fence is still not done {whatever}.
